Yes. I sign NDAs before any detailed project discussion. Your idea and business information are kept strictly confidential.
Ideally: what your app does, who the users are, 5 must-have features for launch, your approximate budget, and your desired timeline. The discovery call helps clarify anything that's not yet defined.
For most projects I recommend Flutter — native-like performance on both iOS and Android from a single codebase. Native development makes sense for apps needing deep platform APIs or with existing native codebases. React Native is best when your team already knows JavaScript.
Yes. I build full-stack mobile solutions — Flutter/React Native frontend + Laravel REST API or Firebase backend. One developer handling both ensures seamless integration and a single point of accountability.
Firebase is faster and great for real-time features and MVPs. Laravel gives more control for complex business logic and relational data models. I recommend after understanding your specific needs.
Yes. Flutter and React Native apps target both platforms simultaneously. For native, I develop Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) separately.

Basic MVP: 6–10 weeks. Mid-complexity app: 12–16 weeks. Complex, full-featured app: 20–30 weeks. I provide a detailed project plan with milestones before we start.
Milestone-based: 30% upfront (project start), 40% at midpoint (core features delivered), 30% on final delivery. For larger projects, more granular milestones can be structured.
Both. Fixed-price contracts give cost certainty for well-defined scopes. Hourly (₹3,000–₹5,000/hr) works for ongoing development or evolving scopes. I recommend fixed-price for most new apps.
Yes — monthly retainer plans covering bug fixes, OS updates, security patches, minor enhancements, and crash monitoring. Plans start at ₹15,000/month depending on complexity.
Two-week sprints with a working demo at the end of each sprint. Shared project board (Trello/Linear), weekly video call updates, and a Slack/WhatsApp channel for day-to-day questions. You're always in the loop.
Yes, absolutely. Upon final payment, all source code, assets, and IP transfer to you 100%. No licensing fees or royalties — ever. This is specified in the contract from day one.
Yes — wireframes and high-fidelity Figma mockups are included in most projects. If you have existing brand guidelines, I implement those. For complex brand identities, I work with a dedicated UI/UX designer.
Scope changes are handled via a formal change request: I document the new requirements, provide a time and cost estimate, and we agree before proceeding. No surprise invoices.
